As per W. Carlos expert Nick:

"Sitting is the first pressing only. But that sold well. It's more
rare because the other one sold for almost 2 decades longer.
Obviously though the Quadraphonic edition is probably more rare than
either.

Carlos who initially had no say objected to the rude facial
expression (looks like Bach has gas). They didn't want to change it. Carlos then tried a strategy that worked. She I understand pointed out the unprofessionalism of the image being crooked and not well focused or exposed and I presume suggested they go through the contact sheet and find a better pose from the session. It also helped because of course it sold a boatload of LPs.

Other trivia is the lack of patch cables on the Moog of course means
it couldn't make a sound out of those headphones. But the real trivia is it's not Carlos' Moog, it's CBS's, just purchased studio Moog. Carlos' was quite different, larger and significantly custom, but that didn't stop beginners like Isao Tomita and quite a few others
others from buying exactly what was on the cover - though it's hard
to prove since again unlike Carlos' own synth, what's on the cover
was a the top of the line stock configuration (the System IIIP)."
