My brother had all of these LP’s. I do not remember how, but I discovered that some versions of the albums have more tracks than others. None of them have ever been particularly expensive, but it is confusing – as the LP’s with different tracks tend to have the exact same serial numbers!
I’ve been them live in
Thanks, Tom & Dick!

Yeah, I remember the Yo Yo Man...
Pat Paulsen actually made an appearance at a department store in Orlando back when he was "running" for President. I remember he made a funny speech and gave autographs by using a rubber stamp that said "stamped by Pat Paulsen". He also had campaign buttons available and I still have one.
I have very fond memories of The Smothers Brothers and Glen Campbell's shows.
It's funny you mention Glen Campbell, since I just heard "Gentle On My Mind" at the gym this week. I was struck by just how slight the tune was, and yet, each week on The Glen Campbell Show it would play as the theme of the show. Back when pop stars had variety shows, it seems they were forced to perform their biggest hit every week.
Sonny & Cher Show - I Got You Babe
Tom Jones - It's Not Unusual
Glen Campbell Show - Gentle On My Mind
etc. Week in - week out.
This must have been hard on The Manhattan Transfer, who had a show before they had their singular top ten hit, a cover of "The Boy From NYC."
I watched all of these shows, except for Manhattan Transfer - I was certainly not yet a fan in 1975, but by "Extensions" in '79 they had caught my ear.
We also watched The Johnny Cash Show each week but I don't remember him doing "Walk The Line" or "Folsom Prison Blues" each and every week.
We also watched The Smothers Brothers Show as well. Pat Paulson was such a funny man. Since I really don't care for folk music, I never ever listened to a Smothers Brothers record.
So, Jim-san - no "A Mighty Wind" for you, then - eh?
No. A Mighty Wind is my least favorite Guest film. I saw it once and that was that. I had never even heard of the Canuck twosome that Levy and O'Hara played so the effect of that as parody was totally lost on me. There's a lower circle of hell where Glen Yarborough plays 24/4, in my opinion.
