I am a big fan of Rupert Hine. I found this promo photo from '81 in a nice promo sleeve for the A&M LP "Immunity". I am a great fan of this LP.

I love RH's trio of A&M LP's. Great stuff. The trio of Thinkman albums, a little less so.

Anonymous said...: Actually, Immunity I heard when it came out. It was my first Rupert Hine and made me a fan. I just like the material and playing better on The Formula. Now my 2nd RH pick would be "Immunity!" The other 2 Thinkman records got watered down real fast, in my opinion. BUT... I have never had "Waving Not Drowning" in any form yet! That may be because I have never seen it for sale in any form.; 11:52 AM
